Our very first “Super Star of the week” is Jiha, who is one of our father & son combo’s. Jiha found himself at the age of 28 in a wheel chair, with minimal movement, blood pressure problems and overweight. Now 4 years later, Jiha has just celebrated his 32nd birthday, with no wheelchair in sight. He has lost an incredible 30kg’s and is enjoying life to the fullest. He now plays football, works in our landscaping department on various construction sites. Jiha is also currently training for his brown belt in Zen Do Kai.
Jiha is a perfect reflection of our dojo and what martial arts training can do, he now has the strength and self confidence, to hit anything life throws at him, and we, at Nayils can not wait to help him through the next part of his journey.
